Customers

Customers can easily create and manage their own shipments from our simple to use Client Portal. This interface allows customers to select pickup and dropoff locations, specify parcel details and select a service level to determine how fast their parcels must be delivered.

Drivers

Each driver signs in to the Ship Logic Driver App with their unique details to view their daily trip sheet. Here, drivers can see all their allocated shipments on one map, rearrange collections and deliveries according to their priorities and notify clients when they are nearby.

Administrators

Administrators and Operations Managers can easily manage and monitor all collections and deliveries from one interface. They can also edit and update faulty addresses, assign collections or deliveries to different drivers, manage accounts and billing, download reports, and much more.

Remove paper waybills

At Ship Logic, we aim to be more environmentally conscious by only printing one waybill per shipment – reducing the average paper usage by 75%. All shipments and parcels are digitally managed and updated with the Ship Logic Driver App.

Improve proof of delivery

Our dynamic admin system allows providers to choose from a variety of "proof of delivery" options – from entering a One Time Pin to capturing receiver details linked to a location, date and timestamp – to ensure that every parcel ends up in its intended owner's hands.

Sender and receiver addresses are more accurate due to address auto-completion with geocoding. No more driving around and wasting valuable time trying to find the intended address.
