Customers
Customers can easily create and manage their own shipments from our simple to use Client Portal. This interface allows customers to select pickup and dropoff locations, specify parcel details and select a service level to determine how fast their parcels must be delivered.
Drivers
Each driver signs in to the Ship Logic Driver App with unique user details to view their daily trip sheet. Here, drivers can see all their allocated shipments on one map, rearrange collections and deliveries according to their priorities and notify clients when they are nearby.
Administrators
Administrators and Operations Managers can easily manage and monitor shipments from one interface. They can also edit and update faulty addresses, assign collections or deliveries to different drivers, manage accounts and billing, download reports, and much more.
